Welcome to the 2010 Foaling season
Our first foal of 2010 was born to the rising 25 year old 100% Crabbet mare Magic Morn - born on the morning of the 5/8/2010 and sired by Fenwick Silver Shadow was the elegant and refined filly Awarran Park Morning Shayde, typical of the progeny that Silver Shadow has sired to date. At 25 years Magic Morn has produced a fitting and stylish filly to continue the Boyar / Windsor Park Bay Magic legacy that saw nine fillies from a line that also included such notable full sisters as Dandaloo Baylanie, Dandaloo Baylina and Dandaloo Sissi.
Elphyn Sarbrina - Foaled 28th of August 2010 a Bay 100% Crabbet filly foal sired by Fenwick Silver Shadow
Sunland Miss Independent - Foaled 16th September 2010 "a tragic day" snow, coldest wind chill factor recorded in 17 years and in the early hours we lost a beautiful filly sabino foal by Ebjarah Aladin. Miss Independent prolapsed and despite swift veterinary attention, Indy succumbed later the same night.
Elphyn Dorinda - Foaled 15th of October 2010 a Chestnut filly foal sired by Ebjarah Aladin. Another tragedy, at 16 days while I was in hospital having back surgery Dorinda's filly had to be destroyed after being kicked and having her leg broken.
Summer Radiance - Foaled 28th of October a Chestnut filly foal sired by Ebjarah Aladin
Elphyn Symba - Foaled 20th of November 2010 a Bay 100% Crabbet filly foal by Inshallah Royal Escort, showing the "Tommie" influence in Escort's pedigree.
Elphyn Sherleel - Foaled 20th of November a Chestnut colt foal by Inshallah Royal Escort
Elphyn Starlite - Foaled 18th of January 2011 a Chestnut colt foal by Inshallah Royal Escort
What a nice way to start Australia day 2011 - Elphyn Sarfina delivered Oi! a bay PC filly by Fenwick Silver Shadow. Oi Oi if she misbehaves - Oi Oi Oi if she doesn't come when called.
